What changed

• make it clear Keeper is the recommended choice for new installations
• replace the old 2-node Keeper example with a 3-node quorum-safe pattern
• add current notes about async_replication, feature flags, dynamic reconfiguration, quorum-loss recovery, and observability
• switch the replicated table example to {uuid}-based Keeper paths for new tables
